Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Glim! We want to ensure that you have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, including receiving your purchases in a timely manner. Please take a moment to review our Shipping Policy to better understand the delivery options available to you.


1. Shipping Options

All orders will be shipped using an express service level, where possible.


2. Processing Time

Before we ship your order, we need time to carefully pick, pack, and prepare your items. Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days. However, during peak seasons or sales events, processing may take an additional business day.


3. Shipping Costs

A standard shipping rate of R100 is charged for all orders.


4. Order Tracking

You will receive an email once your order is dispatched containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Alternatively, you may track your order using the Track My Order page on our website. Please enter your unique UA waybill number to track your parcel.


5. Delivery Restrictions

Please note that we currently only offer shipping within South Africa. We do not support international shipping at this time.


6. Delivery Address

To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please provide a valid and complete shipping address during checkout. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request changes before your order is dispatched.


7. Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the specified timeframes, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or disruptions in shipping services. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund, as applicable.
